A Muse Studio Die Storage

I was asked how I store my A Muse Studio dies so I thought I would show the way that works for me.  Like anything else we buy for our hobby, passion, obsession, or whatever else you want to call your love for Papercrafting, Stamping and Scrapbooking - it all takes up space and we are constantly organizing our stuff!  I know that may sound funny but I swear it is true.  Just look at Pinterest and see all the pins for storage ideas.  I know I am not alone!

So now onto my die storage solution:  I bought a package of the A Muse Studio empty DVD cases, which come 4 to a pack.  To insure that the dies were not going to flop around in the cases I bought a package of magnet sheets that I had cut down to the 5"x7" size of the DVD case.  Labeling the DVD cases insure easy access and having multiple sheets of dies in each case maximizes my storage system.   You can find the mini-crates at the Dollar Store and Walmart.  I also use these crates to store my A Muse Studio image sets and 11 DVD cases fit into a crate.   Since I adopted this storage solution I found a more economical way to purchase the magnetic sheets, at my local Home Depot!  I now buy the Frost King Magnetic Vent Covers.  They come in a 3pack and the sheets are 8"x15".  So much better than buying them anywhere else!

So how do you store your dies?

Squeeze The Day

More play time for Pamela!  This time I used the SQUEEZE THE DAY stamp set from the new A Muse Studio catalog!  I LOVE this set.

I used various A Muse Studio inks (Lime, Orange, Buttercup, Versafine Onyx Black) with the Sugar Cardstock.  These are CAS cards (Clean and Simple).  This set has so many uses, from sassy cards to invitations to a summer get-together.  Do you see yourself using this set?  To order a set for yourself, go to my webstore - amusestudio.com/attemptedcreativity or contact me for ordering assistance.

A Hundred Wishes

What would you do with 100 wishes?  I am sure each of our lists would be quite interesting!

A Muse Studio's new catalog has been released and if you want your own copy, drop me a line.  The catalogs retail for $9.95 but I am selling them for $5 plus shipping if you are not local to me.

I have been playing around creating new samples for my display board and it has been so much fun!  The set of the day was "A Hundred Wishes".  Who hasn't taken a dandelion and blown it to watch the seeds flutter away?  Or maybe you were the "Mama had a baby and the head popped off" kind of kid when playing with dandelions?  I have to admit I was both.  As a kid my father would have us pull weeds and dandelions are quite pervasive here in New England so we have a love/hate relationship with them!

I used the Splash! Spray Ink (Winter Sky and Lemon Whip) to create the backgrounds and then stamped the images.  I love using Splash! and now there are 15 colors!  So much fun to play with and it can be used on fabric as well!  The images were stamped with Versafine Onyx Black.

Well I hope you enjoy my creations and be sure to check out the catalog for yourself.
