Valentine's Day Treat Box

Isn't this treat box S-W-E-E-T!

This is one of the projects that I featured at my Hearts A Plenty workshop this past weekend.  It is super simple to make the box though the rosette making takes a little practice.  After making a few of them I finally got the hang of how to hold the cardstock to get it to cooperate (more like getting my fingers to cooperate).  With the A Muse Studio rosettes dies you can make rosettes ranging from the tiny size on this box or quite large by putting together multiple strips. The heart on top of the rosette is felt!  I cut it with the mid-sized heart from the A Muse Studio Heart Trio die set on the Bubblegum Felt.  I love the A Muse Studio felt!!  It cuts like a dream in my Grand Calibur.

To make the bottom of the box, cut a piece of cardstock 7"x7".  Score on all 4 sides at 2".

For the top of the box, cut a piece of cardstock at 5 1/8"x5 1/8".  Score on all 4 sides at 1".

To assemble the bottom: fold all score lines.  Cut as shown below:

To assemble to top:  fold all score lines.  Cut as shown below:

Place adhesive on tabs as shown above.  Assemble box, embellish as desired and add your treat!
